CHEESE DAYS Monroe, WI

"ROCK-IN-THE-HOUSE" Fountain City, WI

The Rock in the House is a tourist attraction that completely lives up to its name: in 1995, a

55- ton boulder rolled down a hill in and right into the side of a house, where it has remained ever since. You can pay $2  to take a self-guided tour of the wreckage, or simply watch this segment of our program.

LIVING in a 727 JETLINER Hillsboro, OR

Bruce Campbell has an intense interest in aviation and a firm devotion to recycling, which may explain why he parked a Boeing 727 jet on the side of a mountain and made it his home. Among the many advantages of his new domicile is the abundance of bathrooms -- two fore and two aft.

RATTLESNAKE ROUNDUP Sweetwater, TX

We proceeded cautiously to this west Texas town, where every year the Jaycees put on the “World's Largest Rattlesnake Roundup". It's entertaining to watch the rattlesnakes actually get rounded up in the Texas back country, but it's what they do with them afterward that really makes this event a singular, and somewhat disturbing, experience.

LAST BARBER POLE COMPANY in the USA St. Paul, MN

The William Marvy Company in has been cranking out barber poles since the 1930's, and they're the last American company that's still at it. The current owner, William's son, isn't in much need of a haircut, but his pony-tailed right- hand man might be due for a trim.

NATIONAL MUSTARD MUSEUM Middleton, WI

The National Mustard Museum in has over 5,600 jars, bottles and pots of the stuff in its collection, and tasting mustard while insulting ketchup is highly encouraged. The real reason to visit, however, is a chance  to meet Founder Barry Levenson, who  can tell you more than you want to know about his favorite condiment. You can also enroll in America's Mustard College - POUPON U.
